Empresa Portuaria Iquique

Prieto y Cía. asesoró a la empresa estatal Empresa Portuaria Iquique en el proceso seguido ante el TDLC para fijar las condiciones de la licitación de la concesión portuaria del Terminal N°1 del Puerto de Iquique. Actualmente asesora a dicha empresa en el referido proceso de licitación. (2014)Prieto y Cía. advised the state owned company Empresa Portuaria Iquique in the process conducted before the Competition Tribunal, in order to set the conditions under which the private concession of the exploitation of the Port Terminal N°1 of Iquique had to be granted by a public bidding process. It is currently advising such company throughout the bidding process. (2014)
