Prieto Abogados advised Aguas Andinas S.A. in the negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement signed with Alto Maipo SpA in 2011, which was intended to regulate the use of water rights by both parties in order to make the Alto Maipo hydroelectric project congruent with the supply of drinking water to Aguas Andinas S.A.’s clients in the city of Santiago.
