Americas Energy Fund II LP

Prieto advised Americas Energy Fund II LP (“AEF II”), investment fund incorporated in Ontario Canada, in the acquisition of Solar E SpA, a company incorporated in Chile, owner of two solar power plants located in Chile in the commune of Vicuña. The transaction involved advising AEF II in different areas, including the preparation of the necessary vehicles and structure and the negotiations that lead to the drafting and execution of the Shares Purchase Agreement entered into on June 2017.
