Compra Amasa y Doña Juanita

Prieto Abogados assisted the Chilean based company Watt’s S.A. in the acquisition of the margarine and lard brands “Doña Juanita®” and “Amasa®”, owned in Chile by the Colombian group Team. The deal included supporting Watt’s S.A. during a competitive bidding and due diligence process, as well as in the subsequent negotiation and drafting of the contracts that led to the closing of the transaction.
