Prieto y Cía. advises the US company Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (“DTCC”) in the sale of its participation of 10% in Depósito Central de Valores, (“DCV”) to the current shareholders of the DCV. The sale was executed in accordance to the exercise of a put option granted to the DTCC in the Investment Agreement executed by the parties on 2010.(2014)
