Prieto advised Inversiones HDI Ltda. and HDI International A.G, in the sale of 100% of the shares of the company HDI Seguros de Vida S.A. to Banmédica S.A, part of the North American group UnitedHealth Group for US$ 9 million. The Firm advised throughout the sale process, preparation of all closing documents of the transaction, its negotiation and structuring of the operation and the closing of the deal after the approval by the Financial Market Commission.
