HDI Seguros

Prieto advised HDI Seguros S.A. (a subsidiary of the German group Talanx AG) in the negotiation of a 13-year Strategic Alliance with Banco Estado and Corredora de Seguros de Banco Estado. The Alliance, which comes into effect on January 1, 2022, will allow HDI Seguros to distribute its products exclusively to Banco Estado’s clients.
