Inversiones La Construcción S.A.

Prieto acted as counsel of Inversiones La Construcción (ILC), through its subsidiary Clínica Bicentenario SpA, in the sale of I-Med and several other companies connected to the development of technological products destined to support the bussines of isapres and health services providers, to the ACCEL-KKR Gruop. The value of the deal was of aproximately USD 120 millions, and the operation involved the negotiation of the main purchase agreements, the ammendment of the existing agreements between the sold companies and some health providers, as well as the participation in the negotiation of the buyers with Banco Santander Chile for the obtention of financing for the purchase.
