Inversiones la Construcción S.A. 2016

Prieto advised Inversiones La Construcción S.A. in the association with Prudential Financial Inc. for the incorporation of such company into the property of AFP Habitat. The transaction included a share purchase agreement and a tender offer of AFP Habitat´s shares. As a result, both companies will participate in equal proportions in the property of AFP Habitat.(2016)
