Inversiones la Construcción S.A

Prieto advised Inversiones la Construcción S.A. in the acquisition of Banco Internacional, the insurance broker company Baninter Corredores de Seguros and Baninter Factoring. The amount of the transaction was US$ 110 millions. Prieto also prepared the filing to obtain all necessary authorizations from the Chilean regulator (Superintendencia de Bancos e Instituciones Financieras) required to close the transaction. (2015)
