EXPERIENCE

María Jesús Líbano has been an associate of Prieto since 2022. She is part of the Firm´s Mergers and Acquisitions and Projects and Infrastructure teams.

He studied law at Universidad Chile, from where she graduated in 2019. During her studies, she was an assistant professor of Commercial Law at the same university.

During 2018 she worked as a paralegal in the corporate team of Letonja Abogados Tributarios. Before joining the firm, she previously worked at Maira Vial Abogados.

Languages: Spanish and English.
