Prieto advised Pampa Camarones SpA in the process of registering the company on the Scalex market of the Santiago Stock Exchange. The advisory included corporate aspects of the company, modifying the bylaws to meet the requirements of being a registered company on the Scalex market, as well as making the necessary modifications to issue new shares that would be listed on Scalex.
