The team is actively involved, and with excellent results, in the defense of our clients’ interests in investigations by the National Economic Attorney General (FNE) and the proceedings heard by the Competition Law Defense Court (TDLC) in accusations of collusion, abuse of dominant position and acts contrary to competition law in general.

Our lawyers also have ample experience in voluntary consultation processes before the TDLC, including mergers and integration processes.

The antitrust team has held several training courses aimed at company executives and prepared preventive reports in diverse matters related to competition law, such as distribution contracts, no competition clauses, exclusivity and infringement of competition law, among others.
