Sofía Tuane became an associate at Prieto and has been part of the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions team.

Her work primarily focuses on the Mining and Agribusiness and Food industries, specializing her practice in the structuring, development and execution of mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she provides corporate advice, covering corporate governance, as well as the review of supply agreements, provision of services agreements and others of a similar nature.

Throughout her professional career, she has advised large companies in water, sports and entertainment, and telecommunications. She has also worked with several Chilean and international companies and startups, providing them with day-to-day corporate advice and developing her practice in the Venture Capital area.

Sofía has been associate at Prieto since 2024. Before she worked between 2022 and 2024 in the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions team at CMS Carey & Allende.
