Talanx Intenational AG en su proceso de reorganización

Prieto advised the German company Talanx International AG in the reorganization of its activities in Chile, which involved the merger between the two holding companies “Inversiones Magallanes S.A.” and “Inversiones HDI Limitada”, and the merger of two insurance companies “HDI Seguros S.A.” with “Aseguradora Magallanes S.A.”, process which required insurance regulator’s consent (SVS) as the merger involves companies under its surveillance and control.
