EXPERIENCE

Alberto González is one of the founding partners of Prieto.

He counsels important national and foreign clients and has ample experience in banking law and the capital market. He is a former Senior Counsel to Banco Santiago and has been a participant in important transactions on the financial market.

Mr. González has specialized in foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and corporate assistance to sanitary companies.

He studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, he also implemented the Business Senior Management Program (PADE) and the International Programme in Management for Legal Affairs (2013) at the School of Business of Universidad de Los Andes.

Mr. González is on the arbitrators roster of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and he is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
