Camila Urzúa has been an associate lawyer of Prieto since 2012.
She is part of the firm´s Corporate and Real Estate law team providing counsel to several national and international clients in corporate matters, real state acquisitions, the securities market and financing transactions. Her practice is mainly focused on the development of real estate projects, including matters relating to land subdivisions and mergers, title reviews, building permits, promises, purchase and sale agreements and leases, as well as advising clients on matters relating to construction contracts.
She studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating with two distinctions in 2010. She was an assistant in the School of Procedural Law in the same university from 2009 to 2011.
She earned a Diploma in real estate´s law at the Universidad de Los Andes on 2015.
