

EXPERIENCE
Claudio Undurraga is a founding partner of Prieto and an active member of the energy and arbitration areas of the firm.
He has counseled his national and foreing clients in complex matters relating to the energy business and has assisted the Antitrust Department in matters before the Competition Law Tribunal.
His practice has also involved handling project finance and different aspects of transportation, telecommunications, banking and corporate affairs in general.
Mr. Undurraga has been an arbitrator in several claims processed through the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, in matters related with power, banking, construction, telecomunications, gas and fuels disputes.
He is an active member of the International Bar Association and is currently Officer of Profesional Ethics Committee.
He earned his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
