Cristóbal Jiménez has been an associate lawyer of Prieto since 2014.
He is part of the Litigation team of our firm and is actively involved in the defense of diverse clients in civil and commercial proceedings before regular and arbitration courts.
He studied law at the Universidad de Los Andes, earning his law degree summa cum laude in 2013. He was also awarded with an Academic Certificate in Torts Law.
In february of 2009, he made a deepening course in Roman Law at the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain, on: “The law of Obligations, Civil Responsibility”.
He was assistant professor of Roman Law at Universidad de Los Andes, since 2010 to 2013.
He did a specialization course in Urban Planing and Real State’s law at Universidad del Desarrollo on 2016 and earned a Diploma in Administrative Litigation at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile on 2017.
He is member of the Chilean Bar Association.
