Diego Madariaga is part of the Firm’s Compliance, Media and Technology and Sports and Entertainment teams.
EXPERIENCE
Diego Madariaga has been an associate of Prieto since 2017 as a member of the Compliance area, providing legal advice to different local and foreign clients on such matters.
He also integrates the areas of media and technology and sports and entertainment of the Firm, and participates in mergers and acquisition processes, in addition to providing advice on corporate matters.
He earned his law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, from where he graduated with maximum distinction in 2016 and he currently serves as an assistant of Civil Law lectures at the same university.
In addition, he holds a diploma in Intellectual Property from the same university, and has a diploma in Design and Management of Musical Entrepreneurship.
Languages: Spanish, English and French.
