Tomás Ochagavía is part of Prieto’s Corporate and Energy team.

His practice focuses on providing comprehensive advice to national and international companies on corporate and ESG matters, as well as on mergers and acquisitions, mainly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Additionally, he has experience in financial matters.

In energy and infrastructure matters, he has advised generators and transmission and distribution companies in general corporate matters and negotiation of contracts specific to the business, in the development of projects, joint ventures and in the acquisition, sale, merger and restructuring processes of companies and projects.

He joined Prieto in 2022. Prior he worked at Montero y Cia. (2018-2022) and as a consultant in the areas of Corporate Governance, Regulatory Risk and Compliance at Deloitte (2017-2018).
