VivoCorp hires Prieto for inaugural bond offer

Prietohas acted as deal counsel for Chilean real estate company VivoCorp’s US$90 million bond issuance.
This is the first time the company, a subsidiary of shopping centre operators

CorpGroup, makes a debt offer. The deal was placed on 25 January. Credicorp Capital acted as financial advisor and placement agent.
