Prieto advised VivoCorp S.A., the real estate arm of CorpGroup and one of the largest mall operators in Chile, in its registration before the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero, in the registration of two bond lines, of 10 and 30-year, and subsequently in its first issuance of notes in the local market worth US$ 90 million.
