Watt’s S.A.

Prieto assisted the Chilean based company Watt’s in the acquisition of Danone’s business in Chile, by means of a share purchase agreement entered into on September, 2016, for Ch$16,000 million. Watt’s and Danone have also agreed on the main features of a long term license agreement. The deal is expected to close in the next months and is subject to certain conditions customary for transactions of this nature. (2016)
