Watt’s S.A.

Prieto advised Watt’s in the acquisition of Danone’s business in Chile in February 2017 and represented Watt’s before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office (FNE, the antitrust authority), who closed in January 2017 the concentration investigation regarding this operation, with no remedies. The amount involved in this acquisition was approximately Cl $ 13,600 million. In addition, Watt’s and Danone also signed a 15 year license agreement for the use of brands and know-how linked to Danone and Activia products. (2017)
