Prieto y Cia. asesoró a Inversiones La Construcción S.A. en su apertura a bolsa y venta del 32,2% de sus acciones en el mercado nacional y en los mercados internacionales, bajo las normas de la Regulation S y Rule 144 A de la ley de valores de Estados Unidos, recaudando US$ 470 millones y transformándose en la mayor apertura a bolsa de la historia del mercado bursátil chileno. Prieto y Cía. counseled Inversiones La Construcción S.A. in its listing on the stock exchange and the sale of 32.2% of its shares on the domestic and international markets, subject to the provisions of Regulation S and Rule 144 A of the securities law of the United States, collecting US$470 million, thus achieving the biggest stock exchange listing in the history of the Chilean stock exchange (2012).
