Prieto behind Chilean social security bond offer

Prieto has helped Chilean social securities administrator Caja de Compensación de Asignación Familiar de Los Andes make its third debt issuance from a US$340 million 10-year bond programme.
The bonds, worth US$175 million, were placed on 19 April.

Credicorp Capital acted as financial advisor and placement agent, also taking counsel from Prieto.
