Josefina Navarrete is part of Prieto’s Personal Data Protection, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence team.
In terms of personal data protection, she advises companies on the implementation of compliance measures with the new regulations, helping them strengthen their position against current legal and technological challenges.
Previously she was part of the litigation and arbitration team, she was involved in handling complex cases related to industries such as real estate and construction, banking, and technological services, among others.
She is currently a teaching assistant for the Constitutional Law course and the Center for Studies in Law, Technology and Society, both at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Chile.
Josefina has been an associate at Prieto since 2024.
