Lucas Henríquez Divin is part of the Personal Data Protection, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence team.

He currently advises companies in the field of Personal Data Protection, supporting them in the adoption of measures aimed at compliance with the new regulation, with the objective of consolidating their capacity to respond and strengthening their position in the face of current legal and technological challenges.

He serves as a teaching assistant for the courses on Market Regulation, Economic Law, and Intellectual Property and Copyright Law at the School of Law of the Universidad de Chile.

Lucas joined Prieto in 2026.
