Red Salud

Prieto advised Empresas Red Salud S.A. (“Red Salud”) on the successful placement of Series M Bonds, for a total amount of UF 1.2 million. The issuance, registered with the Financial Market Commission (CMF), was primarily intended to refinance liabilities of Red Salud and/or its subsidiaries, strengthening its financial position. The bonds have a 7-year term and were placed at an annual rate of UF + 3.17%.
