Aguas Andinas

Prieto acted as legal counsel for Aguas Andinas in a 1.6 million UF denominated bonds (approximately USD 62 million). The 23 year bond was placed in local markets with the additional involvement of local investment bank BBVA Chile acting as placement agent. (2015)
