Americas Energy Fund II LP (“AEF II”)

Prieto advised Americas Energy Fund II LP (“AEF II”), investment fund incorporated in Ontario Canada, in acquiring the control of Solarity SpA, a company incorporated in Chile, whose object is to build solar panels on rooftops of industries, shopping centers, schools, etc. The transaction involved advising AEF II in different areas, including a legal due diligence and the negotiations that lead to the drafting and execution of the Shares Purchase Agreement and other documents entered into on October 2017.
