Bio E

Prieto advised Bio E on the sale of 95.66% of the shares of Bio Energía Los Pinos SpA, a company that owns a biogas and electric power plant located in Penco, Biobío Region, Chile. The plant primarily processes gas from the “Centro de Manejo de Residuos Concepción” (CEMARC) landfill, using it to generate electricity for commercial purposes. In this way, the Los Pinos plant has helped reduce the impact of emissions by safely and efficiently burning the gas received from CEMARC.
