Prieto advised Patio Comercial SpA (Grupo Patio) on the successful issuance of bonds totaling UF 1.5 million. This issuance, registered with the Financial Market Commission (CMF), aims primarily to refinance the company’s short- and long-term liabilities, thereby strengthening its financial position. The bonds will have a maturity term of 7 years, accruing an annual interest of UF+4%.
