Academic Activities

Josefina Navarrete is part of Prieto’s Litigation and Arbitration team as well as the Personal Data Protection team.

In the field of litigation and arbitration, she has been involved in handling complex cases related to industries such as real estate and construction, banking, and technological services, among others.

In terms of personal data protection, she advises companies on the implementation of compliance measures with the new regulations, helping them strengthen their position against current legal and technological challenges.

She is currently a teaching assistant for the Constitutional Law course and the Chilean Journal of Law and Technology, both at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile.

Josefina has been an associate at Prieto since 2024.
