Our team provides advisory services that attempt to prevent legal contingencies related to intermediation in the provision of services, product safety, voluntary withdrawal of products, risk assessment, reviews of adhesion contracts and abusive clauses, marketing and internationalization of products, distance contracting, evaluation of advertising campaigns and electronic commerce, among others.

The team also has broad experience in litigation, in individuals and collective’s claims, regarding to product liability, deceitful advertising, collective mediation procedures and in the management of cases involving the Servicio Nacional del Consumidor (Sernac) and/or other authorities.
