Prieto also has an experienced team on small and medium scale renewable energies, which have revolutionized the electricity market in recent years.

We have advised Chilean and foreign companies in the acquisition, development, construction, due diligence processes and purchase or sale of small means of distributed generation (PMGD), small means of generation (PMG), Net Billing projects (generation solutions under 400 KVa) as well as transmission and, recently, energy storage projects.

In this way, Prieto participates in the development of the PMGD sector from its initial stages, in the application and obtaining of administrative permits, in the design and implementation of purchases or sales of large portfolios of PMGD and PMG projects, as well as in the search for partnership opportunities and their negotiation between independent project developers (IPP) and investors.
