Prieto advised Scotiabank in the refinancing of a syndicated loan and a new financing, granted by a banking syndicate consisting of Scotiabank (acting as agent bank for Bancos Security and BCI) to Grupo Educacional Santo Tomás, one of the largest contributors to higher education in our country, comprising Technical Training Centers, Professional Institutes, and Santo Tomás University, with over 54 campuses and approximately more than 90,000 students across Chile.
