Prieto advised MUFG Bank, Ltd. (MUFG) and Federated Hermes LLP on the transfer of a portion of its participation in one of the loan agreements executed in the context of Mantoverde S.A.’s project finance, to Federated Hermes Project and Trade Finance Tender Fund, Federated Hermes Project and Trade Finance Master Fund and Project and Trade Finance Core Fund. The assigned amount was USD $25,000,000.
