Grupo Patio

Prieto advised Grupo Patio on the sale of the Patio Apoquindo building, located in Las Condes, for a total amount of US$54,000,000.

The property was acquired by “Invinsa Oficinas”, an investment vehicle managed by Invinsa, an alternative asset manager. The property consists of a 17-storey office tower, with more than 13,000 square meters of leasable area, a two-level retail podium, and more than 250 parking spaces.
