Prieto advised Bio E on the sale of 100% of the shares of Bio Energía Molina SpA, a company that owns a biogas and electric power plant located in the Maule region of Chile. This plant processes thousands of tons of organic and agro-industrial waste each month, transforming them into biogas and liquid and solid fertilizers. Over the past few years, it has provided a sustainable solution for organic waste management, contributing to the decarbonization of the energy matrix. The acquisition by Biocircular El Parrón SpA involved 100% of the shares issued by Molina.
