Prieto advised Codelco on the negotiation of an international syndicated financing in an aggregate amount of US$600 million, granted by Banco Santander and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC), backed by a guarantee issued by the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) of the World Bank Group.
