Constanza Urrutia is part of Prieto’s Personal Data Protection, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence team.
In terms of personal data protection, she advises companies on the implementation of compliance measures with the new regulations, helping them strengthen their position against current legal and technological challenges.
She is currently a teaching assistant in the Commercial Law department at the University of Chile Law School. She also helps coordinate an organization that provides free practice exams to help students prepare for their final exams.
Constanza joined Prieto in 2026. She previously worked as an associate at the law firm Álvarez Abogados from 2024 to 2026.
