Prieto Abogados advised Dispatchtrack LLC, in the acquisition of 100% ownership of Beetrack, a leading company in Chile that offers logistics technology for optimal route planning, traceability and control of last mile deliveries. Beetrack’s countries of operation and its network of more than 850 customers include Chile, Peru, Colombia and Mexico. The transaction also included advice from the Chilean firm in the due diligence stage, in the validation of licences and software, as well as in the negotiation of the transaction and final documents.
