Emilia is part of the Projects and Infrastructure team.

Her work has been focused on advising important national and international players in the Energy, Mining and Desalination industries, mainly participating in the preparation of tenders and negotiations of construction and operation contracts.

Emilia was a speaker at ACESOL’s “Proyecta Solar 2024”. Additionally, she often writes about new developments in project development and construction and her writings have been published in the ABA (American Bar Association) and The Legal Industry Reviews, among others.

Since her university studies, she has been an assistant of civil law at University of Chile.

Emilia joined Prieto in 2021, having previously undertaken an internship at the firm during 2019.
