Prieto advised Fondo de Inversión Solar Energy, a company dedicated to the development and operation of photovoltaic renewable energy projects, owner of 20 photovoltaic projects (PMGD and PMG) for a total capacity of 120,15 MWp, to EMU Solar SpA, related to Blue Elephant and Oenergy. The transaction involved the disbursement and authorization of change of control (waiver) by Natixis – New York Branch, among other creditors.
