Inmobiliaria Nialem

Prieto advised Inmobiliaria Nialem S.A. (“Nialem”) on the successful issuance and placement of Series A Bonds, for a total amount of UF 1,250,000, in a transaction that marked Nialem’s debut in the capital markets. The bonds were issued under a 10-year bond line registered with the Securities Registry of the Financial Market Commission (CMF), and the purpose of the issuance is to refinance financial liabilities and/or make investments related to Nialem’s line of business. The bonds have a 7-year term, with a 3-year grace period, and accrue interest at an annual rate of 3.6%.
