Pilar Pinochet is part of the firm’s Environmental and Regulatory team.

She advises a variety of clients on energy, mining, and infrastructure projects. Her work focuses on providing comprehensive support throughout the different stages of project development, including the processing of sector-specific permits, the design and monitoring of environmental assessment processes, and representation in administrative sanction proceedings.

She also has experience in corporate and M&A matters.

Pilar joined Prieto in 2024. During 2023, she worked as an examiner for students preparing for their law degree examination at Valenzuela y Quinteros.
