Plaza S.A.

Prieto advised Plaza S.A., one of the largest shopping mall players in Chile, in the negotiations with Grupo Mil Sabores for the granting of a UF 1,3 million (approximately US$ 49 million) convertible and secured debt facility to its subsidiary 500 Sabores SpA, to fund the development, construction and initial operation of 21,000 square meters of restaurants and other gastronomic establishments to be located in the lender’s shopping malls.
