We counsel clients throughout the life of the investment funds, from their incorporation, daily management, investments performed in Chile and abroad, until the closing of the investment funds with their liquidation. We also advise on compliance with the regulations of the Financial Market Commission (“Comisión para el Mercado Financiero”) and communications with such authority.

We have years of experience and we are specialists in advising clients in foreign funds (limited partnership) at all stages. Our advice is broad and integrates the Tax, Corporate and Compliance areas of the firm, which at the same time have extensive experience in investment funds.

Prieto actively participates in the legal committee of the Chilean Association of Investment Fund Administrators (ACAFI).
